About Us

Kevin and Leslie Spraggins have been designing homes since they married in 1993 when they built their first home near Dallas. That process launched them into a life of building and remodeling that would span the almost 30 years of their marriage. They have built five homes for themselves learning more each time through the process.  

In 2020, Kevin and Leslie decided to buy a home to remodel and later flip but the world had different plans and so with the uncertainty of the current environment they turned the home into an operating short term rental and Kevin even built a pool. The rental was so successful that a short two years later they sold the “flip” house and they were hooked. They have gone on to remodel several homes in and around the Hill Country area.

Kevin is a Civil Engineer by trade and owns and operates a successful engineering firm in Fredericksburg.  He enjoys the building process but most of all enjoys working with Leslie to make beautiful properties for themselves and others.  Anyone who has ever seen their work mentions the attention to detail.  No corners are cut and things are done right.

Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and owns and operates a successful Civil Engineering firm in Fredericksburg, Texas.  He enlist the building process utmost of all enjoys collaborating and working with Leslie to make beautiful properties for themselves and now others.  When not at work, he enjoys being out on their family ranch in Lometa and running in the occasional marathon.  

Leslie has a Bachelor of Human Science Degree from Texas Tech University and has had many different careers over the years, including building and operating a successful dry cleaning and laundry business, but she always comes back to her love of construction and interior design.  Anyone who has worked with Leslie will notice the attention to detail and how even the littlest things have been thought through to create a beautiful end result.  When not working she enjoys taking care of their three kids, two dogs and two cats.
