Leslie and Kevin Spraggins bought a cottage in Fredericksburg and wanted to modernize it—or at least make it livable. After doing updates to their small home, they decided to build, which quickly became quite the undertaking. Leslie and Kevin oversaw the project themselves, even though they had very little experience. After the trial by fire of a new build, Leslie came out knowing she loved designing-- and she was pretty good at it. 

 

Four personal projects and NUMBER of contract projects later, her winning streak is still going strong. Leslie prioritizes beauty as well as functionality (strategically placed USB charging ports anyone?), while Kevin ensures it is structurally sound (a very important aspect).
